Keith R. Sbiral, Principal with the coaching and consulting firm Apochromatik, will discuss why striving for a mythical work/life balance is the wrong approach.
Instead of attempting to schedule our lives to meet unrealistic expectations, Keith advocates using tools to identify your values so you can better structure your work and life. The result is a holistic approach to living a life that honors both your values and goals.

About the Presenter:
Keith R. Sbiral brings to Apochromatik a career of management and efficiency work which makes him uniquely qualified to coach and consult in a variety of organizations. In addition to countless hours of professional development in his focus areas, he is a graduate of the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching.
Keith served as City Manager for a Chicago suburb. He holds the ICMA Credentialed Manager designation as well as being a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners. He has spent the majority of his career in management and specifically personnel management. Prior to going into management, Keith served as the Director of the Building and Planning Department and led the Finance, Recreation, and Information Technology Departments. Keith served as the Treasurer for the Village for eight years.
Keith’s professional activities include International Coach Federation of Chicago, International City/County Management Association, the American Institute of Certified Planners, and the American Planning Association (APA).
